location serving the local community for over 18 years.
Our new store is on the same location. The new store will carry
a great selection of Live Maine Lobsters at affordable

location. Next door, check out our 18 Door Soda, Milk
and Liquor Cooler. While you're here, we also have the

as you enter the store, you will find that we have expanded
our Deli. Now you can get in-house Sandwiches and Salads
prepared fresh daily. The Coffee is always on! If you're
in a hurry, we have a selection of cold sandwiches,
fresh dough pizza and if you like something more, how
about fries and onion rings. We also offer Haddock,
Scallop or Chicken Nugget Baskets served with fries.

One of Maine's Favorites!
Steamed Lobsters
Fill pot with 1 inch of water and add 2 tbs. of salt.
Bring water to a boil over high heat.
Add lobster one at a time, head first. Cover the pot.
Steam 7 minutes for 1 1/4 lb. and 10 minutes for 1-1/2 to 2 lb. lobsters.
Regulate the heat if the froth starts to bubble over.
Lobsters are done when the outer shell is bright red, when the meat is white, and when 2 front antennae pull out easily. DO NOT overcook.

HOW
TO COOK LOBSTERS
Live
lobsters can be boiled, steamed, grilled or baked. Cooking a lobster
longer than the recommended times usually makes the meat tough. When
properly cooked, lobster meat is a creamy white and the shells are a
bright red.
